i already took of the drive shaft and have access to the seals. i also have the new seals and orings not sure how to take them off and put new ones ?

Hello,
what is this video about?
Changing sealing rings underwater? I don't think that's a good idea. It also doesn't explain how to change the sealing rings.
What about the remaining water in the SD60? This can never be completely removed. Then it's better to change the oil on the way and get the boat out of the water a few days later.
