In the stunning finale of this thread, the injectors were swapped, lesson were learned and the mission was overall successful. The Yanmar came to life immediately and was ready for action.

Tune in next season for “if my injectors are new, why is my motor still smoky and why is there a light sheen in my wet exhaust water?

Interesting, the copper is on the top on the first three injectors and on the bottom on the fourth.
