oh, sorry to hear that (but there is a lesson there !) suppose no chance to use dye or ink rubbing to highlight any remaining engraving on the plate ?
if not, guess it's back to first principals : if it's a single
pot it's a 1GM, 2 = 2GM
, 3 = 3GM
although this doesn't help with the exact model. for this you'll need to find the engine number and hope that's readable.
