Houston, TX Area Perkins Mechanic

I have a persistent diesel leak from the injection pump on the Perkins 4.154 in my Morgan Out Island. I've checked/tightened/replaced washers/etc. the obvious (pipes into the pump, etc.) and the leak continues. I'm contemplating removing the pump to send it in for a rebuild, but the right call may be to get a professional involved.

Any recommendations for a Houston/Galveston area Perkins diesel mechanic?

Somewhere up and back. It does not appear to be any of the pipes going into the fump, or the banjo fitting at the bottom rear (have already tightened/replaced aluminum washers, etc.) Fuel seems to be coming from behind the pump (ie., the part of the pump that faces the engine - on my engine, the pump is on the port side, upper forward part of the engine.
