. That means a new gasket. You can go on line for the specific gasket, make your own from gasket paper, or mold
one with gasket goo. Are you new to those tasks? If so, I will expand on my answer with instructions. Do clean out any calcium deposits (soak in vinegar) in the heat exchanger
while you've got it apart.
