Exaust Mixing Elbow

I need one for the Perkins 4-154 in my 41' Morgan OI.
The one on there now is an OCSO and has sprang a leak from what looks like a bad casting. I cleaned out the hole and packed it with JB Weld, that lasted about 15 minutes.
I'm having trouble finding a replacement or even a part number on-line I've seen reference to a different brand "Barr" but I cant seam to find that either.

What do Y'all do for these.

I suppose I should mention I'm in Oriental NC.

Any help will be appreciated.

Check with Buck Algonquin for " exhaust fittings". They may have the size you need.

Re: Exaust Mixing Elbow

I have one from a Perkins 4-108 for sale. I'd like to get $100.00 for it if it will fit your engine. Sending pics to private messaging.

Re: Exaust Mixing Elbow

The OSCO wasn't worth fixing the backside looked worse than the front and it is about a third stopped up with what looked like Bondo?

No luck finding one, well I did find an aluminum one but that just don't sound right.

I don't have enough tools with me to do the job right so Friday I talked to the welder at Sailright I'm having him build me one out of stainless.

@captin465 If I had seen this in time we would have talked but I believe they are different anyhow.

Thanks guys.

Re: Exaust Mixing Elbow

So here's what I got for a little over $300. Looks good and should last as long as I need it too.
PS: it was at Sailcraft in Oriental NC not Sailright wherever they are??
