Estimating shaft length? Ontario 32

Hi all,

Going to haul my old Ontario 32 in a few weeks in order to do a bunch of work including replacing my stuffing box, cutless bearings, shaft log hose, etc. All are past their best before date.

As my shaft coupling is a ball of rust it will also need to be cut off and replaced. I'll need to order a new shaft + coupling, no problem - except I don't know how long the prop shaft is.

Any ideas on how I would find this out or get a reasonable estimate? The engine is a Yanmar 3YM30.
