compression test adapter for 4.108

Hi I am trying to help a friend source a compression testing adapter for a perkins 4.108.

SO the injectors aren't threaded and what we found on line says it is a glow plug adapter for the 4.108 , which deosnt have glow plugs.

Can anyone point me in the right direction on what we need to get for testing the motor

The boat is at the end of the world so no mechanic will have the right fitting.

If you have an old injector you can make your own adapter. Or you can use the hand tester with a rubber end. And this kit is on ebay for about $20. If the gauge doesn't go high enough you can replace it.
