You can get close without knowing anything about the specific
engine. It's a four-stroke
diesel. In the general case, diesels use between 0.4 and 0.5 pounds of
fuel per horsepower per hour. Your
diesel is 65 HP, so taking 0.5 pounds per horsepower, 32.5 pounds per hour. Diesel weighs about 6.5 pounds per gallon, so, 5.0 gallons per hour running wide open. That's 19 liters per hour.
But, that's wide open, and you probably don't do that. De-rate your engine according to
RPM, assuming you are properly propped. At 45 HP, that's 13 liters/hour.
Then, your engine is more likely closer to 0.4 pounds per horsepower, so at 45 HP you would use 10.5 liters/hour.
