World's Largest Multihull Collection ?

The International Multihull Meeting in Copenhagen from July 23 to 26, will probably be the largest collection of Multihulls in the world this year.

There are already 93 boats who have registered, so the final number will probably be 110-120 boats.

see here: Imm 2009

This is a very low key affair, most boats are crewed by family and friends on the annual summer holidays. There is both a social as well as a regatta program.

People mingle, and check out each others boats, for good ideas, or a drink together.

Anybody looking at buying a boat will be well served by the wealth of different boats.

If anyone wants more information, just let me know. It would be nice to meet some of you there.

Re: World's Largest Multihull Collection ?

I just want to refresh the information about this years event of International Multihull Meeting IMM2011 in Stockholm, the capitol city of Sweden. We hope to meet multihull owners or just interested in multihulls, at least as many as there were in Copenhagen at IMM2009. There where then about 120 multihulls and it was amazing to meet so many people sharing the same interest at the same time.

Stockholm also has an extensive and beautiful archipelago, which can keep you occupied sailing for a long time, so take the opportunity to explore this area and plan this for your coming summer exploration.

You don't need to come by boat to Stockholm, just plan for a couple of days between July 20-24 to enjoy the event, and perhaps you also can find a multihull there that you can test sail with.

Link to the IMM2011 site is IMM 2011

Hope to meet you there
