Will I Lose Fewer Hats on a Multi?

We use my cap overboard happenings as MOB drills. Quite effective, especially since we get so much practice.

Great idea. I've lost so many that I have begun to buy them for $4.00 or so when I get to a Walmart. That produces an "Ahh the hell with it" attitude on my part when one goes over and prevents M.O.B. drills. Clearly, I need to buy EXPENSIVE hats and stay drill-current...

Reading this discussion I am very thankful for my multi, knock on wood;
Number of hats lost while onboard: 0
Number of hats found that actually fit my head: 1
(ironically is was a straw sun hat I saw while reluctantly leaving Ketchikan AK on my sail to California, Alaska is a hard place to leave but sunny dry weather admittedly beats a winter of rain when many of your hatches still leak..)
