Wildcat schionning 35

Hi just a couple of querys on this wild cat "Cat Loose" in WA, it has no effluent holding tanks and does not appear to be registered, is this a major stumbling block to get over?.I did read in another forum back in 2011 about a wildcat in WA not sure if this is the same one, there was some concern re de lamination,anyone know of this cat please.
