Why Mono Sailors Hate Cats: The Bare Truth is Shocking!

As a mostly mono sailor the only thing I truly hate about cats is their price.

If I could buy a powercat of the same length for even close to the same price as my last mono, I'd do it in a second.

I must be getting old. When I saw all those bikini babes on the cat, all I could think was that half of them would step on the hatches and they would start leaking.

I think I hate leaky hatches more than I like bikini babes.

I thought the reason people don't like cats is because they kill tweety birds. OTOH tweety birds bug me in the mornings so I don't have problem with cats.

The subject of the verb "step on" is "half of the them (those bikini babes)". The object is "the hatches".

"they would start leaking" may refer to either.

I never liked birds, they were OK to shoot, but never really liked them.
Now that I have a sailboat, I despise them. If Cats kill them, then long live the Cats
