Trimaran for USVI and BVI day sailing

I have a vacation home in the USVI and want to purchase a trailerable trimaran for occasional over night sails in the Virgin Islands . The waves there are often 3-5 feet when the wind is 20 + knots and I would like opinions on the minimal size of a trimaran that would be seaworthy in these conditions. I am thinking a
Corsair 27 might be an option. Anything over 30 feet may be a bit heavy to be pulled with an old truck I have on the island . I have sailed many monohulls but have no experience on a trimaran . Please reply only if you have sailed trimarans 30 feet and under in theses conditions. Thank you .

I sailed on a Farrier 8.2 in a local Regatta in 25+ knots. First race was one long beat passage race and the Trimaran just gobbled it up faster and higher than anything in the fleet.
Never even seen a Corsair 27’ but the 24’s I’ve sailed on are very capable, I think the 27’ is a good call.

I have a F28 and I have crossed the Gulf Stream 6 times in waves up to 5 ft and winds up to 25 knots from the south.

I had a Corsair24 MKII for 6 years and it would love to play in those conditions.
