Tampa Bay area marinas for catamaran?

We are thinking of relocating our Lagoon 380 catamaran to Florida, and we like the Tampa area. Can go as far south as Sarasota and as far north as Dunedin.

There are a dizzying array of marinas in that area, and I'm having trouble winnowing them down to find ones that are good for a sailing catamaran that's 38' LOA, 22' beam.

Here's what I need:

1. Not liveaboard. It's fine if liveaboards are there, but we don't need it.

2. Floating docks

3. Reasonably protected

4. Pet friendly (allows them is fine, I don't need a dog park)

5. Fancy is ok. At the very least we need water, power, wifi, and pumpouts, and a general nice feeling. I'm not looking for a super budget marina where I don't feel safe walking the dog at night because all the lights have burnt out and none of the door locks to the bathrooms work because the marina isn't doing basic maintenance.

Thanks in advance!

2. Floating docks
This is really going to cut your choices down.........

The only ones that come to mind off the top off my head are:

Harbor Marina, City of Clearwater

Harborage Marina, St Petersburg. (was full and had a waiting list last I checked)

Twin Dolphin Marina, Bradenton. (they are finishing up a multi year renovation)

Marina Jack, Sarasota

There are probably a few others, but those are the only ones I can think of right now. There are quite a few catamarans in Regatta Pointe in Palmetto, but they have fixed docks.

I've been told that fixed docks are less safe in a hurricane-maybe that's a question I should ask independently. Our current dock is floating, but we have a huge tidal variation, so I assumed (perhaps wrongly) that it would be a requirement everywhere for safety?

There is no safe place in a marina in a hurricane. You would be better off, tied off, to mangroves, than to have ill prepared boats drag down on you.........

Our tidal range here is about three feet, a properly spring lined catamaran will not even notice it.
