Surveyor in St. Lucia

Purchasing a boat out of the Moorings fleet located in St. Lucia. Looking for a recommendation for a surveyor in the area. I have been given a name of Chris Kessell. I believe he used to be the Base Manager with Moorings. Has anyone ever used him?

I know this is an old thread....But....

Did you follow through with this survey? And, how did it go. I am also looking at an ex-charter from the Moorings. I also know that Chris worked for the Moorings and St. Lucia is a small island.
I am worried that phase out surveys may be a bread and butter income with him and he would tend to favor the results to the Moorings.
Did you have any worries or issues?

We had him do a survey in St. Lucia for us in July of this year. He was very thorough and did an excellent job.
