Surveyor in Guadeloupe

Howdy folks. We are looking for an independent surveyor in Guadeloupe for a "pre-survey" in Guadaloupe. I can't get to the boat due to Covid. The idea will be to have multi phase approach:

Boat is a 2016 FP Saba

Phase 1
Have a pre survey with a zillion high rez photos, basic systems checks, condition, and swim the hulls for damage.

if all is swell

Phase 2
Reposition boat to St Martin where we can get into, bring my own surveyor, complete a true survey and sea trial, and if all goes well - buy it. If we arrive at the boat after the reposition and it is misrepresented then we walk and no fee. If we get into the survey and we walk we have to pay 3k euro for the reposition.

So - anyone? Know of a surveyor in Guadeloupe?
