The boat is repaired, and WAS surveyed during
repairs, and in fact I have a copy of a
survey done during the
repair.
The
surveyor who refused is one whose policy is never to survey
boats that have been
hurricane damaged. The
surveyor who will be doing the survey is the one who did at least some of the interim surveys of the boat during
repair.
