Submersible catamaran design for 2013!!

Just heard rumour of a 30 meter cat being designed with details to be released feb2013, the cat will feature ground breaking hi-tek materials,blistering performance,all the mod-cons,and is apparently almost unbreakable. The hulls and for and aft beams are to be built using 60mpa concrete with 32mm rebar at 100 centres, while the bridgedeck and cockpit will be 2mm ply epoxy to keep the weight down. saildrives in each hull powered by Detroit 8V92TT, these are a high revving 2stroke to keep the noise down. it comes with theatre room,office,hot tub,small livestock pen and produce beds. The designers are still nutting out minor design details such as fresh air supply, because with a total weight ( light boat ) of 47 metric tonnes it will more than likely be placed on the sea bed purely for logistic purposes.
