Definitely go to La Rochelle. Far more cats to see there. Go and talk to the lovely Catherine Relandeau on the Privilege stand. They are having a 445 and 495 there, nothing at Southampton.

I agree with Mike, I have just got back from La Rochelle, nice place, much warmer 4 to 5 times as many cats on display and others that you will not get in the UK, half the price to get into.
Not as big as Southampton if you are looking for kit and gadgets.
Only problem finding a hotel, I booked up 6 weeks ago and still could only get an aparthotel, bit basic but clean except smelly drains, mind you this seems to be a European problem or do I just have a sensitive nose

I've been the last two years and there have been five to seven Cats and a lot of wobblies, most on dry land.
I wondered why there weren't more! Now I know.
boat show">London Boat Show had two. But easier to talk to in English maybe.
Go early in the day and do your serious stuff first.

Sorry, forgot to mention, if you are looking for a Broadblue (not my choice), then Southampton (no more than 10 I would expect), or the new Virgo 10m or Tomcat, otherwise Le Grand Pavois where there were probably nearly 20 cats ie 5 FP's, 5 Lagoons, 2 Privileges, 1 Outremer, 2 Edel Helios, 2 Catanas, 1 Fusion 40, 3/4 others plus several tri's, hence more than 20.
