Smallish daggerboard catamaran windward track plz

Hello,
Below is a track of me trying to get a 35' LAR keeled charter cat to go to windward, 10-12 Kn easterly slightly variable due to mountains, 0.4 m (guess at 6 second) chop. End of the rising tide, fighting a max 0.5Kn current, likely less.

I gave it a fair go for an hour before giving up and well, you know You can see the squiggle of me dropping sails and motoring.

I initially thought well, wide and fast is best in a multi so tried 60deg apparent @6-7kn, then 45 @5-5.5 and finally pinching at 30 @4 where it literally just slipped sideways, lol.

Would anyone have a windward track of a smallish daggerboard cruising catamaran they could share, say for the equivalent or close to of a Schionning 1100 Cosmos perchance?

thanks in advance. btw, I had fun anyway, it made me laugh
