How about that 38’ Harris foam core tri for under $20.000?

Re: Small Bluewater capable Cat

Thanks for all the input so far. I have been actively researching the suggestions so far.
Oh and one thing: my $50k budget does NOT include possibly shipping the boat, I have a separate budget for that. As I stated in my original post, I am not adverse to paying to have it shipped to the Med if it need be. I will just stay there for a few years to get my moneys worth then have it shipped back to the Keys.

@Steve4NJ

Have you priced shipping boats? It aint cheap. Shipping it twice will be a big expense relative to the cost of an inexpensive boat

Why not just buy a suitable boat closer to home?

I do not need to justify how I spend the money I busted my back for my entire life, no offense, but its a bit frustrating to read replies and get private messages telling me to do this or that because "why would you want to spend the money"

Because its MY MONEY. Again, no offense I am just tired of constantly having to explain myself. Please try and understand my POV.

Thanks!

Absolutely, your money. Just a related query.
