Looking for opinions on this boat. I just had a look at it and it’s in pretty rough shape. Has anyone ever sailed on this boat or a sister ship? Any opinions on tris of this construction ore vintage?

There are 2 of these trimarans for sale. The one at Greene Marine that you checked out and the one that was never completed in Peabody Massachusetts. Roger Simpson was a well thought of multihull designer from Australia. If you have access to back issues of Multihulls Magazine the builder of Amakama wrote an article about sailing the tri to the Caribbean. If you are interested, I have his contact info. He lives in Nova Scotia. Both these boats are projects but well worth undertaking if you have the time and the skills. PM me if you want more info.
