Shopping for a Corsair F-24

I'm looking to purchased a used f-24 (prefer first edition) for sailing on the great lakes. and possibly in florida waters in the winter are there any peculiar problems with used models of this boat to watch out for?

Get a good surveyor. I canceled a purchase of a MK-1 after the surveyor found delamination in the forward section of the main hull. The seller said his son "might have" beached it "hard" in the past. I ended up buying a MK-II later on. Fun boat.
