Share ownership of Ex demo 2013 Leopard 44

We are buying an Ex demo Leopard 44 ie 4 hours on the engines and like new.
We are looking for someone to share this with ie 1 other person on a 50%/50% basis.
We are totally flexible on dates of use between May and November each year.
we want it to be based in the Med for 3 to 5 years - Turkey Greece Croatia etc.
we would use it for 2/3/4 months per year and intend to take it out of the water in the winter for maintenance etc.

The boat is €389,000 and it probably needs a further €100k spent on it for tender, Generator etc.

Any interest???????

it needs:
Jet tender €25k
all kitchen and bedroom stuff €10k
Generator €25k
That alone comes to €60k
So I allowed for a max figure of €100k to manage all expectations

You're going to spend 25K euros on a tender for a 44 foot boat?

You want to put a "Jet Tender" on a 44' Leopard? Think more on the lines of a 3.1 meter RIB with max a 15 hp motor. Check the recommended weight of a tender as published by the factory.
