Refit in Curacao? Other suggestions?

Hi All!
We are looking for recommendations on where to haul out and refit a recently purchased Lagoon 440. She needs tons of cosmetic and electrical upgrades and I want to be able to work on her myself. (some yards don't allow this).
The bulk of the work can be done in the water and I'm looking for quality workmanship at a good price.
I've had Trinidad as a suggestion and St Martin.
We are looking to add solar, lithium and possibly a hardtop.
Full cushions, polish, fridges and a washing machine.
Anywhere in the Western Caribbean is reachable and would appreciate any suggestions of shipyards or solar specialists in this area.
