How much? What do you mean with "had a blast"?

It means to have a good time.

Re: putting my 40 Leopard cat up for sale

Thanks for all the interest. I was only asking for advice on selling my boat. If you are interested I will be on the boat this week and can call me and I'll show you the boat. This boat has twin Yanmar diesel engines. 28 hp's each. I'm going to ask about $285k. If I list it with a broker it will probably be higher.

If you are interested or have any questions, call me at 918-533-0213.

Talk to Jeff Jones at the Multihull Company. He's a fantastic broker! Tell him I told you to call. His number (954) 557-4050.

Re: Putting My 40 Leopard Cat Up For Sale

Sometimes using a broker can be so much simpler,
Most private sellers have built in a "padded" amount that they are willing to reduce for their boat so the commission isn't an issue. Letting a professional do the job can save dealing with the tire kickers as well as the nefarious out there.
It is the brokers job and liability to divulge issues relieving the seller from future litigation. A good broker knows the market and will advertise the boat in many different sources.
