Prout 45 S Information

We are looking at a 2009 Prout 45S for potential purchase. Its a 3 cabin owners layout. I like the older Prout 45s, but know that the 45S is not the same boat after moving production to China. It has been difficult to find any information on this specific platform.
Does anyone have experience, known issues, or feedback to help with our decision?

We are planning to perform an in depth survey and haul out with a reputable inspector to identify any issues with this specific boat. We are looking for overall impressions or known issues.

Any information from the community? Even if it's not on the specific model, does anyone know if the newer versions (Chinese built) are similar in quality to the older verions? Just trying to get a feel for a lesser know vessel prior to purchase.

The bow on the 45’s always reminded me of an old Studebaker.
