There is a mix up here with the Freeflow 46 and Freydis 46.

core material and resin type is everything,

only certain resins don't get osmosis so I am told

and carbon fiber is just different cloth?

Hi Paul, I think you have hull #10 of the 49's. I have #14, talking to the builder at Soubise he said he built about 26 all up, I could be wrong as there was a bit of a language barrier. He has just launched the last 49 and is retiring from boat building.

Not sure about the construction, my sales documents stated Polyester when I have read they were Vinylester with Kevlar reinforcing as was Giffi, I think he may have made them to spec.

A pretty quick and comfortable boat anyway, I have only sailed from France to Scotland and often saw low teens, sometimes with just a headsail up as I need to replace the lashings and do other maintenance to the Rig.
