Outboard Hoist for Leopard 44, 42, or 43

Hi, All

If you have an outboard hoist on your Leopard 44 (or 42 or 43), I'd appreciate information on it (Brand/Model and how mounted).

Stay safe,

Have a leopard 44 2011
we just made a simple block and tackle (rated +600lbs) and hooked it up with a soft shackle not very fancy but my wife can raise and lower a 25 hp Yamaha reasonable simple

Thanks, Steve! How did you mount the block and tackle, and what do you do with the outboard once it's off the dinghy (e.g., offload to a cart and bring it somewhere)? In the past, we've carried it to the port anchor locker (which is hard on our backs).

Also, where are you located (we're in North Palm Beach, FL).

Cheers,
Jon

Re: Outboard Hoist for Leopard 44, 42, or 43

as you can see in the picture mounted the block to the roof there is on the port side a u bracket as well as one more midships that is where the dingy winch cable is secured to we attached this with a soft shackle ( see link below) to the top U bolt and to the bottom of the block we attached it to the engine lift cradel ( https://outboardlift.com/ (larger size one)

we are cross state neighbors (port Charlotte)

got the soft shackle at defender. https://www.defender.com/product.jsp?id=6734557#
Diameter: 3 mm x 50 mm Long (1.90"), Color: Black
