NW Multihull Association Meeting, Nov 1, 630pm Pacific Time, Marples 35 In Mexico

Greetings Multihullers!

The Northwest Multihull Association in Puget Sound meeting on Tuesday, November 1, will feature club members Joel and Patty Smith presenting on their year cruising the Sea of Cortez and the west coast of Mexico in their Marples CC 35 trimaran. Everyone is welcome to join us, on Zoom or in person. Joel and Patty went from complete sailing neophytes to full time cruisers in relatively short order, and that includes finishing a partly built boat that had been languishing for years. Their presentation will include an account of completing and equipping the boat, the voyage from San Francisco to Mexico, and the life of a cruiser. Pretty pictures will be included!

The meeting will be held in person at our usual meeting place, Puget Sound Yacht Club, at 2321 N. Northlake Way, Seattle. The meeting begins with a potluck at 6:15, and the presentation will start at 7:00 Pacific Time. The presentation will be streamed on Zoom and the link is below. There might be a hitch in the zoom aspect of the meeting. Our tech person can't be there so not sure if others there can set it up, but give it try as outlined above. The in person meeting will occur as usual in Seattle.
