Need information about ruder bearings Mahé 36

I need some information how to change the rudder bearing of Mahé 36 from 2008. I thanks in advance for all information and cautions on it,

I never had to change the bearings but as a former Mahe owner I still have a few files about the rudder bearings on my computer. Please find attached what I found, maybe it helps.



Here is a thread on the FP subforum where someone changed the bearings with custom made ones, but as far as I know the original bearings are still available.
There may be more in this particular thread or others in th FP subforum

Not sure if they are the same as the Athena bearings but we have changed ours and one of our housings. Ours have the Delton balls with the hole thru it . They turn sideways and fit into the bearing housing. Relatively straightforward
