I'm looking for a multihull surveyor in the San Francisco area to help do a pre offer survey on a cold molded tri. Any recommendations?

As the owner of a cold-molded tri I feel you. Most surveyors aren't very familiar. I'm in the area but don't know any qualified surveyors. You might ask at SF Bay Area Multihull Association (BAMA - San Francisco Bay Area Multihull Association)

I believe that John Marples is still in the North Bay area. Probably as good as you can get for multis. I dont know how to locate him, but someone on CF will probably know. Good Luck. ______Grant.
