Luxury cat hull for interior completion

I am not normally interested in multihull boats, as I am a mono owner and am getting ready to take off sailing (read the list of projects is endless ). But in browsing the Seattle area Craigslist the other day I ran across this ad which really caught me up - pretty pricey for Craigslist. It is built by a company here in Washington.

I am posting it up here because I know that there is a very ardent group of multi hull enthusiasts on CF and I thought they may be interested.

Smoke, that cats been for sale for years. You can see it on google earth.

Lots of threads on it here and elsewhere. Use the Google search function on this forum, (its in a small box further down that page). My bet; it won't sell for 1/3 the ask.
