Looking for dock/mooring for 3mo SC-FL

Hi,
I’m looking to leave my cat unattended from Nov-Jan. I’d like to be far enough south that it’s not too cold when I return mid January to go to the Bahamas/Caribbean.
The boat will be left unattended, so security from weather and theft is a priority. Any suggestions?
Boat is 47’x23.5’

Maybe try the Vero Beach mooring field, or Stuart mooring field

St Augustine Municipal Marina moorings seem OK for that time of year. Wet storage is approx $200 per month for non county resident.

I don’t believe the St Augustine mooring field offers wet storage in season, which I believe includes the dates he is needing storage.

We keep our boat at Titusville marina. Always plenty of moorings available. (Dockage, not so much.) I don't worry about security. The drawback is that the water in the Indian River Lagoon is very "nutrient rich." You will come back to a lot of barnacles. The local divers don't seem to service boats on a mooring. (Not a problem for us, we have a snuba.)

We left our yacht unattended at the COOPER RIVER marina just outside Charleston SC. Very secure, convenient for airport, professional service and moderately priced.

I was looking at the Salt Run Field which is OK for most cats. The wet storage restriction only seems to apply to the main north and south fields near the marina. Last time we were there salt run was a hurricane wipeout, may have fixed it up since then.

Why not have someone look after it? My wife and I do that. We take your boat and keep it clean and sail it around until your return. Can even deliver to the Bahamas or Caribbean.

Hello Mike, we also left our boat, a 34' Tri, at the Cooper River Marina in Charleston. Excellent experience, but might get kind of cold December January.

I have moored my cat in st Augustine salt run mooring for years weathered many nor’easters and a few hurricanes no problems. There’s a few vagabonds anchored at the end of the field but I have never had any problems.

St Augustine moorings were full when I inquired.
I found a private dock outside of Charleston, SC.
Thanks for the suggestions.

I have a similar situation, what is your what's your required clearance for bridge height? Did you have to cross under any bridges to dock in the location you found?

Stuart mooring is a good option to think about it...
