Lagoon 46 generator water pump

Hello, I have a 2020 lagoon 46 and the generator has a raw water lift pump in the bilge right at the throughhull. This pump has failed and I have replaced it with a new one, but I am not getting voltage to the wires. There must be a fuse in the system somewhere but I cannot find one. Anyone know where lagoon may have place this fuse? Thank you.

Re: Lagoon 46 generator water pump

Start at the fuse board / trips and confirm voltage there first.

Does lagoon not give you wiring schematics when you buy a new boat? Or manuals for the generator?

The manual should indicate where it is (there's a complete list in either the owner's or user's manual - I forget which). If not, try the owner's cabin behind the wall panel above the drawer/cabinet. (Those particular vinyl panels are a PITA to get off; you can try using a string at the corner and pulling with both ends but I eventually bought these to make it easier.)

Don't know about the L46 in particular, you might find there is a fuse at the generator itself (a 10amp blade fuse) somewhere near the master on off switches?

There should be a relay to automatically operate that water pump">raw water pump ONLY when the genset is running, it would be very risky to have a manual switch on a pump that could potentially fill the raw water circuit with the genset dormant.
