Lagoon 440 : changing Euro powerpoints to aussie?

We're just taking on a Euro L440 and are looking to change powerpoints to fit Aussie plugs.

We're wondering if anyone has done it .... and knows if there is a ready component that can be easily swapped that fits behind the existing front plate ?

If the boat will is in Australia at all, you will need to have the work done by a licensed electrician. Whether you should have to is a whole other matter, but as a matter of law, yep must be licensed electrician.

I think it was 6 or 7 simple plug in Euro/AUS adapters did it for me for about $50.

yep second that (adapters), or just buy some seperate euro plugs and stick em on whatever you need to. I personally prefer the euro power points, much more snug fit and seems like less chance of a water spill getting in there when something is plugged in, actually I know this for a 'fact' as I had a full beer empty onto one with my laptop plugged into it....

We had to do that here in NZ with our L450. The regulations required switched sockets for 220V ac. We could only find one type that fitted and we had to move the cigarette lighter type socket. We ended up going from two down to one ac socket. All of that to make it fit in the current sockets.
