Lagoon 380 forward v-berth usable ?

Looking for someone with experience to provide an opinion on using the forward single v-berth of a Lagoon 380 for sleeping for a 6 ft male - is it realistically practical, looks very small on plan, and difficult to find actual dimensions anywhere. Will be doing a bareboat charter in a new area with quite a large crowd on board.

Re: Lagoon 380 forward v-berth usable ?

If you are talking about the two standard front cabins, these are generous for a single. OK for a couple with a healthy BMI.

If you are talking about the bow locker that some charter companies convert to a crew / kids cabin thats a different story.

I never slept in there and don't have dimensions but I had to crawl around many times. Length wise it will be a tight fit, ceiling is low, and it's too narrow in the front to even find a place for your feet. There are screws and installations present.
It's a storage compartment but not a cabin.

This is what our bow compartment looks like. It is painted, clean, dry and no mildew present which means it is better than most others I have seen.
