Is Yachthub.com legit

We are currently looking to buy a catamaran and have seen an auction site called Yachthub.com.
I cant seem to find out any information about it - has anyone dealt with them before.

The website has a section where it tells you what to look out for.

It appears that it's just a listing site, and it doesn't check the people who are listing on there. Caveat emptor.

Apologies - Yachthub is a listing site, my mistake - the Auction House is Basco. It is the first time I've seen a yacht listed on auction?

Find boats auctioned all over.. ex drug boats, reclaims on default loans etc..
A 64ftr I delivered a couple of years back was bought at auction in Holland.
