Interior Boat Size Resource

I am in the market for 40 to 50 foot multi hull. I care about sailing performance, but don't want to sacrifice to much living space. Would like to compare the interior space for different multi hulls but I can not find any information.

I make the analogy that a multi hull is a car and a house.

I can find information to compare multihulls with my car analogy; sail area, displacement, etc.

But, I can find no information for my house analogy other than number of bedrooms and baths. I would want to total square footage, room sizes, cockpit size, deck area, etc.

Any help would be appreciated.

From this you should be able to get rough estimates on square footage.
