intercat 28?

Hey folks,

Anyone have experience with intercats? Looks like an endeavour 30 with 2 less feet. How well can/does a multi sail as a cat boat?

thanks!

Used intercat 1500 catamaran for sale - Sailmates II

I have no experience with this boat. But it looks more like a catamarang. It is not too heavy so that is a plus. But I doubt it will sail much faster than your average mono. Nice interior size. The wingbridge clearance is low. The cat rig is interesting and could be nice for singlehanding. The biggest problem with the cat rig is the lack of a headsail for downwind sailing in light air.
