Insurance Costs

Hi All!

We’re just getting into the idea of catamarans and was wondering what insurance rates look like. Assuming we pay cash for a $250k 10+ year old multi, newbie sailors, living aboard 6mo, moored in California, with the freedom to sail wherever we’d like. We’d want liability and replacement value most likely. We’d probably stick to the Bahamas for the first year or two and would entertain the idea of keeping the boat in FL during our time off the boat. What can a person expect to pay per year? Any insight is greatly appreciated!
