How much did your new cat cost to bring into the US?

This came up on a current thread and I thought it deserved it's own place. I'm mostly only interested in cats for myself so I put this in the multi thread.
I'd like to know the total itemized cost for fees, duties, taxes (but not state sales tax) delivery, etc to bring your new foreign built cat to the US and register and document it here. Also please include the exchange rate fee you took on converting dollars to that currency.
