Possibility is Brent Fennel at thecaptainscompass.com.

He charters several cats on Beef Island (Sea Cow Bay).

We are into the slow season and money talks.

I would politely ask for help, briefly explain myself, and ask him what he would charge you to arrange for the work to be done. Not really his gig but you might reach an understanding.
