Haul out, Wintering Checklist

Hola,
Im a month or so off leaving our Lagoon 380 on the hard (probably in Barcelona) for a few months over Winter.
Does anyone have a checklist of things that need to be done when hauling out and leaving a cat on the hard?
As far as engines and saildrives go, should I change the oil and service now or before we relaunch her next year? I assume empty the watertanks. The diesel tanks should be OK for a few months?
And power supplies? should I disconnect and turn off everything or leave the solar on to charge the batteries?
Etc etc..

There are quite a few more if you do a google search. BTW, the lists are only as good as the stupid captain reading them. As I boarded a bus heading to Athens from the marina I had hauled Palarran at I glanced at my list. Number 1 item - missed. What the heck!! The crane was 4 hours late and instead of running through the list I was worrying about missing my bus. Dumb. Fortunatly it's nothing money and time can't solve next spring.
