Haul out along the Potomac

Does anyone know of a marina or boat yard on the Potomac between Woodbridge and Point Lookout that can do a haul out for a survey on a catamaran with a 18.5' beam and a 50' air draft.

Most of the marinas I have called either can't do that beam (which isn't enormous), or are behind a fixed bridge with a clearance of less than 50'.

I am buying a boat, and I am trying to avoid asking the seller to move it a long way so that I can do the survey. The seller has it on a boat lift at their dock, and so hasn't needed to haul it out before. But my surveyor says that he won't be able to inspect the hull properly with it lifted on a boat lift with water underneath, rather than in slings in a travel lift.
