Gemini 105mc water leaks

HI all ,, Recently looked at first Gemini for sale ( in Toronto , Ontario )

Multiple water leaks ( is this normal ??) the black mold in the bilge / hulls is extensive ( I was nauseas after a few minutes and had to get out of the boat )
some mold and leaks on in the chain plate bulkheads ,, Can these bilges bilges be accessed and cleaned or is this a walk away from boat ?? ,, It looks like no maintenance in a decade, spider cracking gel coat everywhere ..

When i bought my gemini, it had leaks. I had no issue tracking them down and stopping them ... boat was 100% leakproof eventually. Same as other fiberglass boats really.

Spider cracks are absolutely common on Gemini's, visual defect only.

Bilge ... I cleaned my bilges with javex and a mop - flood, scrub, bilge pump then shopvac remainder, so you can do someting.

But no maintenance ... well you'll have to make the decision, and really bad smell is often nearly impossible to remove. So that's your call. as usual balance price / condition with your desire to do work.

btw I really loved my Gemini - it sailed great, and we thought it was really comfortable. Really good in the price range I thought. Just my view ...
