To my eye there are many marinas that cannot provide a slip for a cat. No energy from me for listing those.

I notice there are several double-wide slips and a few T-head face docks -- with cats in/on 'em -- here at Ortega Landing in Jacksonville. Don't know cost details, but you could probably check with the dockmaster about that.
