Endeavour Cats - Mfg'ed in Clearwater, Florida

Does anyone know anything about the Endeavour Catamaran Manufacturing Company? It appears that Manta Catamarans was a spin off from this company.

The have a nice looking "EndeavourCat 44" sailing cat as well as a 40 footer too.

And they also have some nice Power Cats. One called the "Endeavour TrawlerCat 44" would be just the boat to take on a "Great Loop" cruise.

So, my question is, does anyone know anything about them???

I've been on the 44 at Trawlerfest in Stuart last year. It's a pretty nice boat. It doesn't have the sexy lines of some, but it is a very functional layout. I also went on the Manta at the show. Both would be excellent candidates for liveaboard. The endeavor is more narrow, which would make maneuvering and finding dockage easier. The 48 footer is absolutely gigantic and way overkill for most people. I just looked and noticed that the 44 comes with twin 315 diesels. Seems a bit much to me.
