I've had work done at Mile 533 Marine Ways, and had friend that did the same. I don't think they allow DIY. We got away with waxing a boat while the yard was busy doing bottom job and waiting on parts for a transducer thru hull. But pulling it specifically for us to do work, I dont think that is allowed. A marine contractor with insurance, would be allowed.

We haul at Pensacola Ship yard with 20' beam. Seems like it would be wide enough for 25'. It is DIY.
